WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE NEEDED FOR EVGAN COCONUT BACON?
First, you need to find the core ingredient, unsweetened coconut chips. If you have a Trader Joes in your area, or any Kroger Store (Frys on the west coast). Often, I order my coconut chips online, because sometimes I can only locate flakes, which do not work as well for this recipe.

Not only is vegan coconut bacon easy to make, but it also keeps fresh for 7 days in the refrigerator and can be reheated in the microwave.
WHAT DOES VEGAN COCONUT BACON GO WELL WITH?
For instance, vegan coconut bacon is the perfect bacon for a thick and delicious vegan BLT sandwich.
